Really nice Western
Parade saddle suit or stage outfit. It is in mint condition and looks
like it was never worn.
Probably made in the
fifties or sixties.
It is made of what I
think is red gabardine and yellow satin. It has beautiful diamond
shaped yellow pearlized snaps . The shirt and pants have embroidered
red roses. The shirt has genuine "smiley pockets"; and the shirt and
pants have gold colored piping all over.
This is a VERY well
made suit and I assume it was custom made . It is monogramed "Sherry"
on one shirt cuff (could be removed if you don't like that).Western
style belt loops.
Label says: Walker's
Fort Worth.
If it fit me it would
not be leaving here! It is in Show Ring condition!
Measurements:armpit to
arm pit 19 inches, shoulder seam to shoulder seam across the back is
about 16 inches, collar to bottom on back is 28 inches long.
Pants: 28 in waist with
some to let out; and 28.5 inseam (could be let down about 2 in.)
Should fit a youth or a
small ladies; or would be really neat displayed with a vintage Bohlin
or Ted Flowers parade saddle collection! Also nice for a rodeo queen
that appreciates vintage clothes.
I accept personal
checks, money orders, or PayPal. I will not ship the suit until after
your check clears the bank (allow 10 business days). I only charge
actual shipping cost and insurance. Insurance is required for this
item.
